जयपुर. लॉकडाउन की अवधि में जारी बिजली बिलों को लेकर कई कयास लगाए जा रहे हैं और इस बीच यह भी चर्चाएं चल रही है कि अब बकाया बिलों के भुगतान के मामले में डिस्कॉम की ओर से बिजली कनेक्शन काटे जाएंगे। इन सभी चर्चाओं के बीच सीएम अशोक गहलोत ने एक विशेष घोषणा की है।
मुख्यमंत्री अशोक गहलोत ने कोरोना महामारी के कारण किसानों, उद्योगों एवं घरेलू उपभोक्ताओं को 2 अप्रेल को विद्युत बिलों के भुगतान में राहत देने की घोषणा की थी। लॉकडाउन की अवधि 31 मई तक बढऩे के कारण मुख्यमंत्री ने अब इन राहतों की अवधि 30 जून, 2020 तक बढ़ाने का निर्णय किया है। पूर्व में ये राहतें 31 मई तक के लिए दी गई थीं।
विद्युत विभाग द्वारा ये राहतें दी गई थीं –
विद्युत बिलों के भुगतान नहीं होने पर कोई विद्युत कनेक्शन 31 मई तक नहीं काटे जाने के निर्देश दिए थे।
राज्य सरकार ने औद्योगिक प्रतिष्ठानों के विद्युत कनेक्शन के मार्च एवं अप्रैल माह के उपभोग के बिल जो अप्रैल एवं मई में जारी होंगे, उनमें फिक्स्ड चार्ज (स्थाई शुल्क) को लॉकडाउन अवधि के अनुपात में 31 मई, 2020 तक स्थगित (डेफर) किया था।
इसी प्रकार राजकीय प्रतिष्ठान एवं लॉकडाउन से मुक्त प्रतिष्ठानों को छोड़कर अन्य सभी अघरेलू (व्यावसायिक यथा-पर्यटन से संबंधित प्रतिष्ठान, शोरूम, दुकान, होटल, वर्किंग हॉस्टल आदि) के करीब 11 लाख कनेक्शनों के मार्च एवं अप्रैल माह के विद्युत बिलों के फिक्स्ड चार्ज को लॉकडाउन अवधि के अनुपात में 31 मई, 2020 तक डेफर किया गया था।
राज्य सरकार ने कोरोना से उत्पन्न संकट की इस घड़ी में किसानों को संबल देने के लिए कृषि उपभोक्ताओं के मार्च में जारी बिल तथा अप्रैल एवं मई में जारी होने वाले बिलों का भुगतान भी 31 मई, 2020 तक स्थगित किया था।
राज्य सरकार ने कृषि एवं घरेलू कनेक्शन जो बकाया राशि के कारण 31 मार्च, 2019 से पहले काटे गए थे, उनके लिए एमनेस्टी योजना की अवधि भी 30 जून, 2020 तक बढ़ाई थी।
कोरोना संकट के कारण घरेलू उपभोक्ताओं को विद्युत बिलों के भुगतान में आ रही परेशानी को देखते हुए राज्य सरकार ने 150 यूनिट प्रतिमाह तक उपभोग करने वाले उपभोक्ताओं के मार्च एवं अप्रेल माह के उपभोग के बिलों का भुगतान 31 मई तक स्थगित करने का निर्णय किया था।
कृषि एवं घरेलू श्रेणियों के सभी उपभोक्ता 31 मई, 2020 तक बिलों का भुगतान करेंगें तो उन्हें आगामी बिल में भुगतान की गई राशि की 5 प्रतिशत छूट दी गई थी
