पुलिस जांच में 50 हजार की लूट की बात आई सामने

भीनमाल. शहर के श्रीमाल नगर में गत मंगलवार को सब्जी मंडी से घर जा रहे मोटरसाइकिल पर घर जा रहे सब्जी व्यापारी के पुत्र का पीछाकर उसके साथ मारपीट कर बैग में भरी राशि लूटने के आरोपियों को रिमांड अवधि समाप्त होने पर पुलिस ने सोमवार को न्यायालय में पेश किया। जहां से दो आरोपियों को जेल भेजा। मामले में पुलिस ने लूटी राशि भी बरामद की। एसआई शेराराम ने बताया कि मामले में गिरफ्तार आरोपी शहर के रावों का वास निवासी यूनिस खान पुत्र पीरबक्श खान कोटवाल, बाबा रामदेव कॉलोनी गुन्दरिया निवासी रोहित पुत्र पारसमल सरगरा को रिमाण्ड अवधि पूरी होने पर न्यायालय में पेश किया। जहां से यूनिस खान व रोहित सरगरा को जेल भेजा। जबकि नाबालिक को बाल सुधार गृह जालोर भेजा गया। पुलिस ने आरोपियों के घर से लूट की राशि बरामद की।

प्रार्थी ने रिपोर्ट में 1.50 लाख रुपए की लूट होना बताया था। जबकि पुलिस जांच में आरोपियों ने वारदात में 50 हजार रुपए ही होना बताया। पुलिस ने लूटी राशि 46 हजार रुपए ही बरामद की। पुलिस ने बताया कि लूट में राशि 50 हजार रुपए ही थी। एक आरोपी ने 4 हजार रुपए खर्च कर दिए। जबकि 46 हजार रुपए की राशि दो आरोपियों के घर से बरामद की गई है।
