जालोर. पुलिस ने सांचौर थाना क्षेत्र के भड़वल और माखुपुरा क्षेत्र में फर्जी ट्रेड मार्क अंकित 1 लीटर घी के कुल 22 हजार 134 खाली डिब्बे जब्त करने के साथ एक आरोपी को दबोचा। जिस नाम से फर्जी मार्के के घी के डिब्बे मिले हैं। उसकी वास्तविक फर्म वर्तमान विधायक और वन एवं पर्यावरण मंत्री सुखराम विश्नोई की है।
मामले में मुखबिर की सूचना के बाद एसपी श्यामसिंह के निर्देशन में सांचौर थाना प्रभारी अरविंद कुमार के नेतृत्व में पुलिस टीम ने गश्त व नाकाबन्दी के दौरान सरहद भड़वल में हेमाराम पुत्र नागजीराम चौधरी के रहवासी घर पर दबिश दी। इस दौरान श्री ममता मिल्क डेयरी प्रा.लि. सांचौर के नाम से फर्जी ट्रेड मार्का अंकित 1 लीटर घी के कुल 7 हजार 854 खाली डिब्बे बरामद किए गए। इस दौरान आरोपी तुलसाराम पुत्र सूराराम माली निवासी इन्द्रा कॉलोनी सांचौर से दस्तयाब किया गया।
प्रकरण में मुख्य आरोपी हेमाराम पुत्र नागजीराम चौधरी निवासी भड़वल एवं उसके अन्य साथी मौके से फरार हो गए। दस्तयाब आरोपी तुलसाराम माली की सूचना पर हेमाराम चौधरी की सरहद माखुपुरा में स्थित एक अन्य दुकान पर दबिश दी गई। जहां से फर्जी मार्का लगे 1 लीटर घी के 14 हजार 280 खाली डिब्बे बरामद किए गए।

प्रारंभिक पड़ताल में सामने आया है कि दीपावली सीजन में घी की खासी डिमांड है। ऐसे में मिलावटी घी ब्रांड की आड़ में बेचने की मंशा से श्री ममता मिल्क डेयरी प्रा.लि. सांचौर के नाम से फर्जी ट्रेड मार्का अंकित कर डेयरी की साख खराब करने की नीयत से नकली घी पैकिंग करने के लिए डिब्बों का निर्माण किया गया। श्री ममता मिल्क डेयरी प्रा.लि. के डायरेक्टर डूंगराराम विश्नोई के द्वारा पेश की गई रिपोर्ट पर आरोपी हेमाराम पुत्र नागजीराम चौधरी निवासी भड़वल, नरेश कुमार पुत्र मोतीराम चौधरी निवासी पलादर, चेतन पुत्र तगाराम माली निवासी पादरड़ी ज्योति मोबाइल सांचौर, तुलसाराम पुत्र सूराराम माली निवासी सांचौर, भावेश पुत्र चौखाराम चौधरी निवासी किलूपिया एवं रमेश कुमार माली निवासी डीसा एवं अन्य उक्त आरोपियों के विरूद्ध विभिन्न धाराओं में प्रकरण दर्ज किया गया।

क्षेत्र के पहाड़पुरा सहरद में स्थिति ममता मिल्क डेयरी के मालिक वन एवं पर्यावरण मंत्री सुखराम बिश्नोई है। ऐसे में राज्य सरकार के मंत्री की डेयरी के नाम पर आरोपियों द्वारा फर्जीवाड़े का मामला गंभीर है। राज्य सरकार के मंत्री की डेयरी से जुड़ा मामला होने से प्रशासन भी वारदात के खुलासे को लेकर सक्रियता से जुृटा हुआ है।
दिखावे को मॉबाईल की दुकान, करते है नकली घी का धंधा
पुुलिस द्वारा फर्जी घी के ट्रेड मार्क के बड़े स्तर पर भंडा फोड़ के बाद वारदात में कई बड़े नाम भी सामने आ रहे है। जिसमें आरोपियों द्वारा पुलिस को चकमा देने के लिए बाजार में घी के धंधे की बजाय मोबाईल व अन्य धंधे को दिखावे के रूप में किया जा रहा था।
