– एसीबी कार्यवाही की भनक लगते ही थानाधिकारी हुआ फरार, सायला मे पहली बार एसीबी की बडी कार्यवाही

सायला।
पुलिस थाना सायला मे रविवार को भ्रष्टाचार निरोधक ब्यूरो पाली-प्रथम ने ट्रेप कार्यवाही करते हुए एएसआई बाबुलाल राजपुरोहित को 45 हजार रूपये की रिश्वत लेते रंगे हाथों गिरफ्तार किया है। मामले मे सायला थानाधिकारी सवाईसिंह की भूमिका भी संदिग्ध पाई गई है। इधर एसीबी कार्यवाही की भनक लगते ही थानाधिकारी थाना छोडकर फरार हो गए।
जानकारी अनुसार परिवादी हनुमानाराम पुत्र जालाराम जाति जाट उम्र 24 वर्ष निवासी खारी ने एसीबी मे रिपोर्ट पेशकर बताया कि पुलिस थाना सायला मे दर्ज प्रकरण संख्या 71 दिनांक 29 मार्च 2021 अन्तर्गत धारा 341, 323, 327, 504ध्143 भा.द.सं. मे मदद कर एफ.आर. लगाने तथा प्रकरण संख्या 75 दिनांक 03 अप्रेल 2021 अन्तर्गत धारा 147, 148, 365, 435, 308, 149 भा.द.सं. मे मदद करने की ऐवज मे बाबुलाल एएसआई पुलिस थाना सायला द्वारा 50 हजार रूपये की रिश्वत मांगी की गई थी।

मांग सत्यापन के दौरान परिवादी की जेब से 5 हजार रूपये लेना तथा 11 अप्रेल 2021 रविवार को ट्रेप कार्यवाही का आयोजन कर बाबुलाल एएसआई को 45 हजार रूपये की रिश्वत राशि लेते रंगे हाथों गिरफ्तार किया गया। रिश्वत राशि एएसआई की पहनी हुई पेन्ट की दाहिनी जेब से बरामद की गई। ट्रेप प्रकरण मे थानाधिकारी सवाईसिंह की भूमिका संदिग्ध पाई गई है।

यह था मामला –
थानाक्षेत्र के डाबली गांव मे गत 2 अप्रेल को कुछ बदमाशों ने मोहनलाल पुत्र भगाराम जाति जाट निवासी लूणाकलां पुलिस थाना सिणधरी के साथ मारपीट कर उसकी स्विफ्ट कार पर पेट्रोल छिडककर आग लगा दी थी। जिसकी रिपोर्ट पुलिस थाना सायला मे दर्ज करवाई थे। उक्त मामले मे पुलिस द्वारा आरोपियों को बचाने के लिए कमजोर धाराएं जोडी गई थी।

उन धाराओं को मजबूत धाराओं मे तब्दील करने के लिए एवं एक अन्य प्रकरण संख्या 71 दिनांक 29 मार्च 2021 मे मदद कर एफ.आर. लगाने के लिए परिवादी हनुमानाराम जाट निवासी खारी से एएसआई बाबूलाल राजपुरोहित ने 50 हजार रूपये रिश्वत राशि की मांग की थी।

यह थे टीम में शामिल –
ट्रेप कार्यवाही मे नरपतचंद अतिरिक्त पुलिस अधीक्षक एसीबी पाली-प्रथम, किशनसिंह मुख्य आरक्षक, कांस्टेबल मोहनलाल, हनुमानसिंह, यशपालसिंह, दिनेश कुमार, सोहनलाल एवं स्वतंत्र गवाहान भंवरसिंह व बादलसिंह शामिल थे। गौरतलब है कि अतिरिक्त पुलिस अधीक्षक नरपतचंद के नेतृत्व मे एसीबी पाली-प्रथम द्वारा पूर्व मे पिण्डवाडा तहसीलदार के खिलाफ भी ट्रेप कार्यवाही की गई थी।

थानाधिकारी सितंबर 2019 व एएसआई दिसम्बर 2020 से थे पदस्थापित –
थानाधिकारी सवाईसिंह की पुलिस थाना सायला में प्रथम बार पोस्टिंग जून 2018 में हुई थी। इसके बाद उनका स्थानांतरण हो गया था। वही सितम्बर 2019 में दूसरी बार पुलिस थाना सायला में पदस्थापित हुए थे। वही एएसआई बाबूलाल राजपुरोहित दिसम्बर 2020 से सायला पुलिस थाने में पदस्थापित थे।

कार्रवाई की भनक पर थानाधिकारी फरार –
एसीबी टीम की कार्रवाई की भनक लगते ही थानाधिकारी सवाईसिंह एक निजी वाहन में बैठकर फरार हो गए। वही कार्रवाई के बाद थानाधिकारी का मोबाइल भी बंद बता रहा है। इधर एएसआई बाबूलाल राजपुरोहित के ट्रेप की सूचना मिलते ही पुलिस महकमे में हड़कंप मच गया एवं कई अन्य पुलिसकर्मी भी थाने से नदारद हो गए।

एएसआई बाबूलाल निलंबित, थानाधिकारी लाईन हाजिर
जिला पुलिस अधीक्षक श्यामसिंह ने रविवार को एएसआई बाबूलाल के विरूद्ध भ्रष्टाचार के आरोपो की गंभीर जांच प्रस्तावित होने के कारण राजस्थान सिविल सेवा वर्गीकरण नियंत्रण एवं अपील नियम 1958 के नियम 13 के तहत तुरंत प्रभाव से निलंबित किया है। निलम्बन अवधि के दौरान सहायक उप निरीक्षक का मुख्यालय पुलिस लाईन जालोर मे रहेगा।

इसी प्रकार सायला थानाधिकारी सवाईसिंह के विरूद्ध एसीबी की जांच प्रस्तावित होने के कारण उप निरीक्षक पुलिस का स्थानान्तरण तुरंत प्रभाव से पुलिस लाईन जालोर किया गया।

इनका कहना है –
पुलिस थाना सायला में दर्ज प्रकरण संख्या 71 मे मदद कर एफ.आर. लगाने तथा प्रकरण संख्या 75 मे मदद करने की ऐवज मे बाबुलाल एएसआई पुलिस थाना सायला द्वारा 50 हजार रूपये की रिश्वत मांगी थी। जिस पर ट्रेप कार्रवाई कर एएसआई को रंगे हाथों गिरफ्तार किया। मामले में थानाधिकारी की भूमिका भी संदिग्ध पाई गई है। – नरपतचंद, अतिरिक्त पुलिस अधीक्षक एसीबी पाली- प्रथम।
