आवासीय घरों की छत से गुजर रही हैवी विधुत लाइन

ग्राम पंचायत द्वारा डिंमाड राशि जमा करवाने के बाद भी नही हटाई जा रही लाइने
सायला।
आमजन की सुरक्षा को लेकर सरकार भले ही लाखो प्रयास कर रही है लेकिन जिम्मेदार अधिकारियों की अनदेखी के चलते आम जनता आज भी परेशानियों का सामना करती नजर आ रही है।
जानकारी के अनुसार सायला ग्राम पंचायत के वार्ड संख्या 2 भैरू कॉलोनी मे आवासीय घरो के ऊपर से हैवी विधुत लाईने गुजर रही है। यह विधुत लाइन जलदाय विभाग के ट्युबवैल एवं थलवाड फिडर पर जाती है। जो 24 घंटे विद्युत चालू रहती है। जिसको लेकर मौहल्लेवासियो ने कई बार विभाग को लाईन हटाने के लिए प्रार्थना पत्र भी दिए। लेकिन विभाग द्वारा कोई कार्यवाही नही की गई है। जिस पर ग्रामीणो ने तत्कालीन सरपंच सुरेश राजपुरोहित से लाइने हटवाने की बात कही। जिस पर सरपंच द्वारा विभाग के अधिकारीयो को समस्या से अवगत करवाने पर विभाग द्वारा डिमांड राशि भरने को कहा। वही इसके बाद ग्राम पंचायत खाते से 3,12,247 रूपये की डिमांड राशि विद्युत विभाग के खाते मे जमा करवाई गई। मजे की बात यह है कि डिमांड राशि जमा करवाने के एक साल बाद भी आज दिन तक विद्युत लाईन नही हटाई गई है। ऐसे मे कई परिवारो की जान जोखिम में होने से लोग चिंतित है।
हादसों के बाद भी विभाग नही ले रहा सबक –
वार्ड नंबर 2 मे रहने वाले लोगो ने बताया कि कई बार विधुत लाइन टूटकर हमारे घरों की छत पर गिरी है। उस दौरान विधुत लाइन के आस पास कोई नही होने पर जनहानि नही हुई है। विभाग के अधिकारियों और ग्राम पंचायत मे कई बार लिखित मे देने के बाद भी आज दिन तक कोई कार्यवाही नही हुई है। जिससे मौहल्लेवासियों को हादसे की चिंता बनी रहती है।
घरों की छत के सहारे लगाएं विद्युत पोल –
भैरू काॅलोनी मे लोगो के घरो के ऊपर से होकर गुजरने वाली विधुत लाईन के लिए विभाग द्वारा घरो की छत एवं दिवारो के सहारे पोल लगवाए गए है। ऐसे में विभाग की लापरवाही का खामियाजा आम जनता को भुगतना पड़ता है।
दलालो से करवाते तो कब की हटा जाती लाईन –
भैरू काॅलोनी के बाशिन्दों में विभाग की इस अनदेखी के चलते काफी नाराजगी है। मौहल्लेवासियों का कहना है कि हमने समस्या को लेकर विधुत विभाग एवं ग्राम पंचायत को अवगत करवाया था। जिस पर ग्राम पंचायत द्वारा डिमांड राशि जमा करवाने के बाद भी विभाग लाईन को नही हटा रहा है। यदि यही काम हम दलालो से करवाते तो यह काम कभी का हो गया होता। वैसे सरकार ने भले ही नई आबादी मे विद्युत कनेक्शन की रोक लगा रखी हो लेकिन दलालो के जरीए सायला की सभी काॅलोनीयो मे कनेक्शन हो गए। ऐसे मे विभाग पर सवालिया निशान है क्या विभाग के दलाले के जरीए ही काम होते है?
इनका कहना है –
भैरू काॅलोनी में घरो के ऊपर से गुजरने वाली विद्युत लाईन को हटाने के लिए धरना दिया था और तुरंत लाईन हटाने की मांग की थी। विभाग द्वारा लाइन हटाने का आश्वासन देने के बाद धरना समाप्त किया गया था। वही ग्राम पंचायत द्वारा डिमांड राशि भी जमा करवा दी गई। लेकिन विभाग द्वारा अभी तक विधुत लाइन को नही हटाया जा रहा है। – सुल्तान खान भाटी, समाजसेवी सायला।
भैरू काॅलोनी घरो के ऊपर से गुजर रही विद्युत लाईन हटाने के लिए ग्राम पंचायत मे प्रस्ताव लेकर डिस्कॉम में डिमांड राशि जमा कराई थी। लेकिन एक साल बाद भी विधुत विभाग ने लाइन नही हटाई है। जिससे लोगो को हादसे का भय सता रहा है। – सुरेश राजपुरोहित, पूर्व सरपंच ग्राम पंचायत सायला।
मामला मेरी जानकारी मे है। ग्राम पंचायत ने डिस्कांम की डिमांड राशि मे से आधी राशि ही जमा करवाई थी। हमने बकाया को स्किम के जरीए माफ करवा दी है। जल्द ही लाईन को हटा दिया जाएगा। – गोपालराम, एक्सईएन सायला।
