सायला के राजाराम नगर मे संचालित शेखावाटी स्कूल का मामला
सायला ।
वैश्विक महामारी कोरोना की दूसरी लहर के दौरान राज्य सरकार द्वारा एक आदेश जारी कर प्रदेश की सभी निजी तथा राजकीय शिक्षण संस्थाएं, कोचिंग सेन्टर, आवासीय विद्यालय तथा छात्रावास को बंद करने के आदेश दिए थे। जिसके चलते प्रदेशभर मे सभी स्थानों पर शिक्षण संस्थान बंद पडे हैं। हालांकि स्कूलों द्वारा ऑनलाइन क्लासेज के द्वारा विद्यार्थियों को अध्ययन करवाया जा रहा है। लेकिन विडंबना के साथ बताना पड रहा है कि सायला कस्बे की राजाराम नगर गोलिया मे संचालित एक निजी विद्यालय शेखाावटी अंग्रेजी माध्यम के संचालको द्वारा सरकारी आदेशों व कोरोना गाइडलाईन की धज्जियां उडाते हुए चांदी बटोरने के लिए विद्यालय में शिक्षण कार्य करवाया जा रहा है। जिसके लिए ट्यूशन के नाम पर प्रति बालक १५ हजार रूपये वार्षिक फीस वसूल की जा रही है। जो आज दिन तक अनवरत शुरू है।
विद्यालय संचालक ने बताया सरकार कुछ भी कहें, कुछ भी करें पर अभिभावक मेरे साथ है। इसलिए मुझे डरने की कोई जरूरत नही है। मै ट्यूशन के नाम पर प्रति बालक से १५ हजार रूपये लेकर विद्यालय चला रहा हूॅ। यदि मै सरकारी आदेश को मानता तो मकान का किराया पांच हजार रूपये, बिजली बिल एक हजार रूपये तथा अध्यापन करवाने वाले शिक्षक-शिक्षिकाओं का वेतन करीब ५० हजार रूपये प्रति माह कहां से लाता।
विद्यालय संचालक के मुख्यमंत्री के लिए बिगडे बोल-
राज्य सरकार के शिक्षा मंत्री गोविन्दसिंह डोटासरा ने २ अगस्त से स्कूलो को खोलने का प्रस्ताव रखा था। लेकिन मुख्यमंत्री ने विशेषज्ञो की रायसुमारी के बाद तीसरी लहर की आशंका को देखते हुए जब तक बच्चो के वैक्शीन नही लगती तब तक विद्यालय खोलने से मना कर दिया। जिस पर इस विद्यालय के संचालक मूलदास ने राजस्थान के मुख्यमंत्री को पागल करार देते हुए कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री गहलोत तो गेलो है मन वे जीयु गेलायो कर दे । इधर कोरोनाकाल मे स्कूलो के बंद रखने की आदेश के बाद भी इस विद्यालय के नियमित रूप से संचालित होने तथा चांदी बटोरने के गोरखधंधे को अंजाम देने के बावजूद भी किसी भी सरकारी अधिकरी द्वारा कोई जांच अथवा ठोस कार्यवाही नही की गई। विद्यालय के संचालन को लेकर पूर्व मे भी लोगो द्वारा शिकायत की गई थी लेकिन मामला रफा-दफा हो गया। ऐसे मे कोरोना गाईडलाईन की धज्जियां उडाने वाले विद्यालय संचालक को हौंसले बुलंदी पर है।
मृत्यु एवं विवाह आयोजनों पर हुई थी कार्रवाई –
कोरोनाकाल की गाइडलाईन का उल्लंगन करने पर विवाह समारोह अथवा मृत्यु भोज बैठक का आयेाजन करने वाले परिवारो पर ठोस कार्यवाही कर लाखो रूपये के चालान बनाए गए थे। लेकिन निजी स्कूलों द्वारा कोविड गाइडलाईन का उल्लंघन करने पर कोई कार्रवाई नही होना, शिक्षा विभाग के अधिकारीयो की कार्यशैली पर सवालियां निशान है।
इनका कहना है –
बच्चो के भविष्य की चिंता है। अशोक गहलोत मुख्यमंत्री तो गेलाईयांं कर दे लेकिन मुझे बच्चो के भविष्य की चिंता है इसलिए स्कूल शुरू रखना जरूरी है। – मूलदास वैष्णव, संचालक शेखावटी स्कूल सायला।
